Melissa brings more than two decades of real estate and sales experience to her work in Florida, along with a grounded belief that helping someone find or change a home is a responsibility rooted in trust, not just a transaction. Licensed in real estate since 2002, Melissa is also a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York State and comes from a respected New York City real estate family. Raised in Manhattan and now proudly calling Florida home, she understands both the perspective of a long-established market and the importance of learning a new one thoughtfully and thoroughly. Being a transplant herself gives her a unique sensitivity to clients navigating change, whether they’re relocating, downsizing, or starting a new chapter.

Before real estate, Melissa built a 25-year career in sales within the printing industry, sharpening her negotiation skills and developing a calm, strategic approach under pressure. Her degree in journalism trained her to listen closely—really listen—to what people are saying, asking, and sometimes not saying at all. That ability informs every client relationship she builds.

While her experience runs deep, Melissa remains intentionally teachable. She believes the best professionals never stop learning, and she measures a good day by gaining new insight, understanding a market nuance more clearly, or making a meaningful connection.
